Dr. Isabelle Mouzard, Pediatric Clinical Advisor who joint CHC in July of 2008. Isabelle is a French pediatrician and neonatologist who graduated from the University of Paris, France and had a successful private practice in Nantes where she taught pediatrics and neonatology for twenty years.  With the CHC she is providing expert assistance, care and supervision in pediatric and AIDS care at the Maddox Chivan Children’s Center and the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital in Phnom Penh.
